Yoga and Pilates for absolute beginners

At Dereham Yoga and Pilates studio our classes are small and personalised with a maximum of only 5 people per class. This makes it more like yoga / Pilates personal training.


It is a friendly and welcoming space where you can ask questions and get your technique checked and adjusted to make sure that you are moving safely and effectively.


You will be encouraged to design your own home practice for your mental and physical wellbeing.


All yoga classes include meditation and breath work as well as the physical postures


We welcome people who are brand new to yoga and Pilates as well as those with years of experience


Currently we are running 2 timetabled classes (see classes page) as a test run with a fuller timetable launching in June 2023
