Practice practice practice

Yoga and Pilates are both practices for healing the body and mind.


PRACTICE is the key word here. The classes that you attend are lessons for you to put into

PRACTICE later during your normal day to day life.


A lesson is pointless unless you take it on board and process it by doing what you have learned on your own.


Having piano lessons doesn't make you a great pianist - that only comes with daily PRACTICE.


Yoga and Pilates teach you how to use your body as an instrument just like a piano.
