Holistic Personal Training
So what actually is Holistic Personal Training?

Holistic personal training is about taking into account all of the factors in your life in designing a programme for you. It includes but is not limited to traditional gym based exercise programmes yoga and Pilates and life coaching.
For example, if you have had a hard week at work and are exhausted, or maybe you are carrying an injury, then a gym based session can be switched out for a yoga or Pilates session to keep you on track. We always start from exactly where you are right now.
I offer sessions at the UEA Sportspark in Norwich. Yoga, Pilates and coaching sessions are available at CS Sports Massage in Dereham and now Wensum Valley Golf Club in Taverham.
